JENNA LAURENZO is an award-winning Director, Writer, and Creative Director.
Jenna wrote, directed, and starred in her directorial debut Lez Bomb. Lez Bomb made its premiere at Geena Davis' Bentonville Film Festival, where it won the best narrative jury award. Lez Bomb is currently available on Peacock. Lez Bomb was executive produced by Bobby Farrelly (There's Something About Mary, Dumb & Dumber) and stars the late Academy Award winner Cloris Leachman, Academy Award Nominee Bruce Dern, Kevin Pollak, Deirdre O'Connell, Steve Guttenberg, Elaine Hendrix, Brandon Micheal Hall and more. Jenna received her BHA in Drama and English from Carnegie Mellon University. She was selected for Shoot Online's 2018 New Directors Showcase, the Film Society of Lincoln Center's 2018 Artist Academy, and The Gotham's 2021 Episodic Lab.
In 2018, Jenna received the Jersey City Arts Council Award in the category of Film & TV, and in 2019, The Fort Lee Film Commission awarded her the Alice Guy Blache Award. Jenna can be seen in Peter Farrelly's Academy Award-winning Green Book and was selected to participate in the 2020 inaugural class of The See It, Be It Filmmaker Fellowship, a joint program between Bentonville and the Coca-Cola Foundation as part of Geena Davis' Bentonville Film Foundation. Jenna received a 2024 Fellowship from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, and her band, THE FLEETAWAYS, just wrapped their first album and performed at the 2024 SXSW festival.
Jenna is gearing up to shoot her next feature AND developing GIRL NIGHT STAND, her viral short film that garnered 36+ million views on YouTube and 405+ million views on GIPHY, into a feature.
